The Sword of the Lord

Penned on 15 Jan 2016

The Lord is carving His ways upon us.
He carves His living word upon our very bones…He is slicing away tethers that once bound us … He signs His name in eloquent script upon our hearts.

His sword is mighty acutely sharp…with a precision that is intense.

Uncompromising Holiness.

His is the blade that draws blood without marking flesh.Yet the marks of Christ are the bold rewards visible in the Spirit. A transaction that can only be supernatural.

Seamlessly, His Sword draws in, crossing our DNA, into the spirit, He grazes our very soul … let me play on this word, His Grace in our soul ! His Spirit in us.

My soul doth magnify the Lord !

Oh how we plunges His Sword to steal our murky sin. That blemish that would never leave, now torn off our garment.

He brings death Violently only to call forth vivacious waves of LIFE….Such is the Word of God that was released to transform us.

His Word is alive, desiring engagement.

Feast on Him…allow Him to provoke His Will upon your life … The slicing of His sword upon us must be allowed to come to completion … let His Hand declare upon you that His work is finished … Amen.

For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. ~ Hebrews 4 :12

Henceforth, let no man trouble me; for I bear branded on my body the marks of Jesus. ~ Galatians 6:17
